Meet Matt, our Founder and Director, the man who built Rubix Solutions from scratch. His chief responsibility is Rubix’s business development and long-term growth strategy. Matt brings technical depth and some sharp thinking to the business, drawn from over fifteen years of both recruitment services and sales in the telecommunications and information technology sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Sean is an International Recruitment Consultant who possesses extensive experience recruiting across Europe and the Asia Pacific markets. Sean’s proven himself to be a vital piece of the Rubix puzzle in building strategic pipelines of resource pools across Telecommunications verticals.
